Brief description of the project: As a result of the entrepreneurial spirit of its shareholders, SERVIPLAST arose from the discovery of a business opportunity to transform, valorize and reuse plastic waste from post-industrial and post-consumer flexible packaging, through the development and production of a recycled polyethylene product, in pellet format, with unique characteristics in the domestic market, starting with the fact that it incorporates a very low level of impurities that will allow the film and flexible plastic packaging production industry to increase the rate of incorporation of recycled polyethylene. The production of this recycled and innovative product will increase the value of the entire plastic production chain, helping to achieve the European Union's objectives, particularly with regard to the reintegration of waste into the production cycle as raw materials, promoting innovation through the efficient and sustainable use of resources.
